Workshops at Your SchoolThe gallery offers an expanding range of workshops that take place at your school or educational facility.

These workshops include:

Can’t Draw For Toffee!
which focuses on fundamental drawing skills with professional artist Angie Thompson.
Let’s Face It portraiture with a twist, again with Angie Thompson.
Design Your Own Exhibition with the Chapel Gallery’s, Gallery Officer, Ruth Owen.

The gallery has a large bank of artists and is able to provide a wide range of art education workshop that can take place in your school. These sessions cover all areas of the arts (writing, performance and the visual arts). Each workshop can be tailored to meet the individual needs of your school.

If you are looking to develop a larger scale project contact the Arts Development Manager, Helen Juste for advice on funding, contracts and project development.

All of the artists included have been selected for their significant experience in facilitating art based education workshops. They are CRB checked and can provide Risk Assessments and written Workshop Plans when necessary.

Please note: The Education Workshops featured on these pages are pre-planned but we will try to tailor the workshop to suit individual school requirements. If you have a specific project with particular needs in mind please contact the gallery.
